When decorating her daughters’ bedroom a few years ago, Charlie from Attempting Aloha fell in love with Pottery Barn Kids’ girly lampshades. She happened to have a little lamp that she had gotten on clearance at Target and knew it was due for a makeover. Charlie made ruffled flowers from strips of charmeuse and then hot glued them all over the existing lampshade. This is the perfect makeover for a secondhand lampshade that has seen better days since the flowers cover the shade completely!
Charlie was inspired by the Rose Shade that is no longer available from Pottery Barn Kids.
