When you think of cheesecloth, decorating may not come to mind.
However, the loosely woven material is perfect for all kinds of Halloween creations, like these hanging ghosts from Ashley at Simply Designing.
Ashley combined cheesecloth and Styrofoam balls to make her trio of “not-so-spooky” ghosts.
What a fun way to set the mood for trick-or-treaters!
Why would anyone pay $60 for a set of these? The DIY version is one cheap way to create some Halloween fun.
It’s also a bit of fun making these. Pulling and ripping up the cheesecloth to create the eerie frayed look at the bottom is pure creative enjoyment.
Ashley was inspired by these retired Hanging Ghosts from Pottery Barn Kids.
