Napolean Premier Giclee Print

Sherry from  No Minimalist Here created this gorgeous birth certificate art piece.  I love the antique look of the whole piece.  It is simply stunning.  Sherry writes, “First I searched the free sites for a antique style document I could download. I could not find exactly what I was looking for.  I then found a copy of a french birth certificate dated 1816 and purchased the digital image for my project.

Her original inspiration came from the Napoleon Premier Giclee Print (discontinued) from Ballard Designs which retailed for $349.

  2. Really cute. I did a similar project with an image I downloaded from the Graphics Fairy- http://www.graphicsfairy.com. Check out her blog, she adds new free vintage graphics everyday- all free, and she has lot’s of French ephemera. I use her stuff all the time
