Mulitpurpose Bar Cart

Carts can help out in so many ways. From providing an extra place in the kitchen keep appliances, to holding drinks for outdoor entertaining, these carts work hard. In this case, they also look good too. Shara from Woodshop Diaries shares with us how she made this cart entirely from one piece of lumber.

For less than $10 in wood, she constructed the cart using her woodshop tools. If you enjoy woodworking and would like a simple project to try, this one would be great to get some experience with.  Shara has good pictures to show her process from ripping the boards to screwing them together.

She makes a note as to why she cuts adds 7/8″ to every cut. It allows for the width of the blade to be deducted, otherwise, your cut would be too short. With great pictures and more construction tips, Shara’s project will help you make a functional cart in no time.
