When you visit a pricey home goods store, do you wish you could purchase every new and innovative decor item you see? Here’s a project from Jessica Gregg at Momtastic that will inspire you to recreate an almost duplicate swing shelf from one of those stores.
Jessica uses a minimal amount of tools and supplies as well as a minimal amount of time and effort to construct this lovely swing shelf. Jessica walks us through the creation of this shelf and gives us a complete, and wonderfully short list of materials, all readily available at your local home improvement store. Although Jessica used reclaimed wood for her shelf, any size board can be cut either by you or by someone at the home improvement store.
You can leave the wood unfinished like Jessica did, or you can easily paint or stain the board to match your personal decor. A series of these shelves against any wall in your house would look beautiful.
