Elisha from Pneumatic Addict has a great tutorial on making some fabulous industrial looking gears using craft foam! Elisha used a template she printed, a hot knife, and some smooth finish coating to get rid of the styrofoam texture to get the gear look.
The painting process involved spray paint and cinnamon for the perfect rusted look.
