What could be better than finding a way to replicate an item that is far beyond your budget? Andrea from Harlow and Thistle knows the answer.
She saw a gold chandelier at Anthropologie for over $1000 and decided to recreate it for about $10.00 How did she do it? In her directions, Andrea explains how she used straws, a glue gun, and some gold paint to recreate this beautiful lamp. Instead of making a chandelier for her home she made a desk lamp for her office. This decorative and a little bit different lamp looks charming on her desk and certainly will look charming in your decor as well.
If you do not like the look of gold, make one in silver or copper. Any metallic color will work well for this project. What a great way to recreate the look you want for a tiny percent of the full price.
