When Leslie from The Little Apple Seed saw some owl bookends in a Pottery Barn Kid’s catalog, she thought they’d be perfect for her daughter’s owl themed bedroom. Leslie cut all her pieces from fabric she already had and then hand embroidered everything in place. She used rice to weigh down the owls. I love the detail added by Leslie’s embroidery. These little bookends are practical and absolutely adorable!
