Floor poufs have been a big hit for awhile now in home décor. You can use them as cushions to sit and watch a movie, make a large one and use it as a chair, or even use it as a pet bed!
Aly from Artisan des Arts wanted to make an easy version that is essentially a fabric cube.
She traced the pattern from cardboard and sewed everything together as one large piece.
She added some piping to the seams to make the final project even more professional looking. Her pattern is very simple and repeatable even for the novice sewer!
This is Aly’s finished floor pouf, she used a heavy duty upholstery fabric.
This is the West Elm inspiration.
