We love concrete projects around here- the supplies are inexpensive, the process is easier than you might expect, and the result is perfectly industrial chic. Stacy at Not Just a Housewife loved the idea of the mixture of masculine and romantically feminine, so she decided to make a vase with the traditionally masculine concrete medium. Using plastic bottles as a mold, Stacy made a really cool and modern set of vases that also double as bookends! To make this project your own, you could spray paint or dip-paint the vases in metallic paint for a little bit of extra pizzaz.
