Easy Wood iPad Stand for $3

Did you get a shiny new iPad for Christmas this year? I love using mine to display recipes in the kitchen and made a handy dandy stand a couple of years ago from scrap wood. Whitney from Shanty 2 Chic had the same idea and whipped up this wood iPad holder for only $3! I love how she added a chalkboard panel so the stand doesn’t look bare when the iPad isn’t there. Instead, it looks like an adorable countertop chalkboard. Whitney says this is the perfect beginner woodworking project!

Whitney’s wood iPad stand is similar to the retired Cuisine Tablet Recipe Holder from Pottery Barn.
