Kim of The Kim Six Fix recently had the opportunity to share a guest post on Pretty Handy Girl as part of her Rockstar DIY series. And she proves just what a rock star she is with this brilliant idea for making a framed mirror! Kim doesn’t have a big power tool stash so she had to get creative in figuring out a way for the mirror to sit inside the frame without a table saw or router. The answer? Tongue and groove boards! Kim says, “It is much larger than the inspiration piece, but for 1/10th of the money. Plus I did it all with nothing more than a circular saw and a Kreg Jig. You never would have guessed!”
Kim was inspired by the Parsons Wall Mirror in Natural Solid Wood from West Elm.
