Pottery Barn’s signature style has captured the hearts (and wallets) of many, and the beautiful DIY pieces that are inspired by their style are astonishingly beautiful. This piece from Nicole at The Green Robe was inspired by the Clerks Console at Pottery Barn, with its faux drawers and rustic blue, grey, and brown finish. Nicole picked up an antique dresser for $75 and set out to recreate the designer style. The first trick was to sand and stain the piece her own preferred color, she then added a coat of blue chalk paint and gave it a good sanding. She also took the drawers and turned them into cabinet faces to hold DVDs and media components.
This is Nicole’s finished piece- so beautiful don’t you think?
