Mark Montano wanted the excitement of the beautiful French Bull trays he saw on Better Homes & Gardens BUT with his own design. Mark already had a stockpile of cheap metal trays from the thrift store that were perfect for this project. He made them over with fabric and high gloss paint to create his own brightly patterned trays for about $1 a piece!
