I know many of you will be shocked to learn that I have never seen Downton Abbey. Nope, not even one episode. However, that doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate this cute little butler’s bell memo board made by Amy from Atta Girl Says. Since I am clueless when it comes to the hit series, I’ll let Amy take it away…
“When I saw a butler’s call box wall plaque in a roundup of Downton Abbey-inspired decor at Style at Home, I knew I had to make my own version to leave notes for my own staff, oops, I mean family. A quick trip to the craft store and a little rummaging in my garage and craft stash, and I had all the supplies I needed to make this fun and easy memo board. Ours is hanging on the door leading out of our house, and we post important reminders there. I think Mr. Carson would be proud. And I’m sure the Dowager would approve!”
The original inspiration came from the Black Butler’s Bell Wall Plaque from Black Bird Vintage that was featured on styleathome.com.
